“Job training is improving but store managers will almost SURELY neglect your training because they're stressed out.”

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off  (27 comments)

“Better than the norm compared to other retailers in the U.S., but you can't take pto within 6 months of getting hired.”

The best thing offered when I worked here were the employees discount but what wasn’t great was paying 9 dollars for parking depending on how long your shift was almost every time.

The best thing is the comprehensive healthcare package through aetna. Also 18 vacation days starting out is okay for the U.S. comparatively. There are bonuses if your store meets KPIs but not within 6 months of working there.

The best thing about the benefits package is the Perks at Work program where you can save money on everyday things such as movie tickets, plane tickets, laptops, and much more. Also, the discount is very good, we get 50% off 10 items a month and 30% whenever.

I don't know much about the benefits--I assume there were benefits provided for managers. But I worked part time, and received no benefits. I don't remember the details.

Very little pay (minimum wage which was less than $8). Easy scheduling. Great for college student in school or on break. Very accommodating. However, purposefully understaffed so that created many issues.

No benefits offer extended despite regularly exceeding 40 hours/week
