There were no perks, we had employee discount and a points system to incentivize us to sell more perfume and jeans that was about it, whichever store sold the most amount of perfume got a pizza party at the end

StarStarStarStarStar Former Floor Model in Pleasanton, California

As a floor model you don't get any benefits except for sick/vacation time. Each store usually has a lot of employees so calling off is generally pretty easy and expected since they're used to working with high school kids. You do get a discount of Abercrombie clothes but it's not that much.

As a part time employee you have no benefits. Only got discounts. In order to have benefits you need to be a manager or other position other than retail associate. Most retail associate can work full time hours but they are still part time.
