worked part time 50% merchandise, discount for friends
i had no benefits while working with at the company. the benefits package was only offered to store managers and assistant managers in store. that it is one thing that i did not like about the company.
The benefits package is the best that I have ever seen. PTO/Paternity leave is very generous, dental/medical/vision are amazing. The employee discount across the brands is great. The campus facilities for associates are almost all encompassing, not to mention all the extra events that are scheduled and available to participate in.
Benefits package is pretty great. You get a good amount of PTO, but company culture sometimes discourages you from taking it... just depends on who you're supervisor is and whether they're old school or not.
Health insurance Vision insurance 401k with match PTO Discount on merchandise Downside it’s almost impossble to ever use PTO and it does not roll over and is not paid out at the end of the cycle
not good at all the sale section is better than the employee discount
Good insurance, paid vacation, sick days, holiday pay, 401k great as well. Health Insurance was cheap and coverage was good. Discount on clothes 30-50% off. Also had company perks website that gave discounts on all items(cars, laptops, hotels, food etc.) which was helpful.
Full Time Employees - 5% 401k Match - 23 Vacation days per fiscal year + Summer Half Day Program - Flexible Spending Account - Paid Paternity Leave - 40% A&F Discount 30% HCo - Affordable Medical and Dental Insurance
health insurance, dental insurance, 401k = great benefits especially for some retail job. you do not get the benefits (as usual for other companies too) until 3 months of working there. benefits are great, but stressful job as you hold managerial position; rather find a more professional job.
Low-stress, easy retail and enjoyable coworkers.
