“Great discounts and flexible schedule”
“Training is not consistent and expectations are unclear. ”
“Hard to get vacation time on the days you need ”
Amazing Healthcare, 401k match, generous PTO
Great health insurance, not expensive, good 401(k) matching at up to 6%, 23 PTO days, summer hours program, very flexible schedule
Good healthcare benefits, super flexible PTO, 401 k options
Great benefits package including a lot of PTO, floating holiday, and 7 summer half days
401k benefits package but no health insurance
Expensive benefits with very high deductible only good part was the PTO
The vacation benefits are incredibly competitive - 24 days of PTO per year. Managers work closely with their direct reports to make sure you use all of your days before they expire. I wish they paid for continued education like getting an MBA.
Part-time so no benefits. Easy schedule though and very much able to customize
Best- Paid maternity leave is offered. Also, you get 144 hrs of PTO, emergency pay (ex: you get paid your whole shift if the mall doesn't open from inclement weather), jury duty hours, bereavement days, and you can work closely with your other managers and DM to work around what you need. Worst- this is retail, so DO NOT expect to have certain holidays off. If you use all of your PTO during FMLA, you will have to work when sick, kids get sick, etc.
Company offers great health coverage and benefits
