    part time associates have the option of going on vacation for up to 30 days (you can only be missing up to that period of time) full time associates can only be on vacation for 9 days MAX. this was a major disappointment.

    You had to request the time off months in the advance and almost all of the important days (Christmas, thanksgiving, New Years) were blacked out. You could also be denied using sick days and such as well.
