Benefits are decent for Healthcare standards. There is a high and low package based on your needs. Copays are a little high for the standard package but it is good to have options based on your needs, income level, and full or part time status
They have good benefits
Generous health benefits for employees and family.
Paid time off was great, along with the 401B plan and life insurance they offered.
Good benefits, best if use hospital physicians and services.
401k. Required holidays were bad even if you worked back to back you had to come in.
Health benefits are terrible....does not pay staff nurses enough. no bonuses for extra certifications
Worst thing is Benefits, then they ended pension plan for new hires, 403 b is the retirement plan and they do not match what percent you put in
I am only every other weekend so therefore I am not eligible for benefits, but part time and full time are
As a contractor I was not offered benefits so I cant say best or worst thing about the benefits. Others seemed happy with them
