3% matching 401k once you have been there 3 years. Insurance for health, dental, and eye have been changing each year but have quite a few offers to choose from. Partial gym memberships paid for through insurance. Would like to see more PTO, vacation, or flexible work schedules like working from home or longer work days for more time off.

The best part about the benefits package is that Abstrakt offers all employees a very comprehensive amount of coverage. The worst part is that benefits are not effective until after 90 days of employment (except PTO which is effective immediately), however, the wait is worth it.
