Best part of the benefits is flexible workplace (depending on where you are) and the tuition reimbursement ($3,000 per year). The worst part is limited vacation time (3 weeks to start) and 8 weeks of maternity leave (too short and excludes new fathers)

Con: - Ruined the HSA plan used be $3,000 deductible with 0% co-insurance post deductible for a family and they would give $2,000 towards the deductible . - Tuition reimbursement less than $4k per year, with 6 month commitment after completing the class. Since it only applied to accredited schools which happen to be very expensive in Cambridge it amounts to about 1.5 class a year. PRO: paid time off: * 6 days of sick time use it or loose it * 20 days of vacation after 5 years; only 40 or 80 hours can be carried over ** Can use it before you earned it * 11 days holiday
