1 large pot for vacation sick and holidays. very flexible with how we could use our time
Good; Get to use time prior to earning. Wish I could have earned a bit more especially after working there for 10 years. Caps at 20 days
Start with 15 days vacation, add 1 day per year until maximum 20 days. 10 paid holidays (9 federal holidays + 1 floating). Can only roll over 80 hours year to year. Can be difficult to use all vacation while still getting all required work done; many staff feel obligated to bring laptops on vacation and stay plugged-in.
Offer good amount of vacations days
