There was no fuss with working from home when needed
Security and Technology can get in the way of access to work from home difficult if you don't know how to work the network.
Good opportunities to work from home, particularly for mid- to upper- management, but IT support is horrible to nonexistent. Makes it difficult to effectively work from home on a regular basis.
Company is open to work from home as long one is on a project (billable) or has coverage.
