You have to be full time to get anything aside from 401k contributions.
There were no benefits as a part-time employee. I don't think the full-time employees in the call center had much to brag about, either.
Honestly there is no benefits because this company is strictly part time, which recently changed because the company didn't want to even keep its small number of full time research interviewers (most of them were with the company an average of 10 t0 12 years) let alone take a chance at letting a part time employees work over 29 hours putting them in a position to pay for obamacare. ABT SRBI is a private company with huge profits that grow annually, 2013 was close to 170 million ) they certainly have enough work to have full time interviewers and I've heard they've lost clients because the labor simply wasn't there to cover the workload, they put their more important clients like ABC NEWS /Washington post etc jobs first priority and let some of the other clients work fall behind which makes no sense. Actually they do have some small benefits like passing out candy during shift or raffles for people who work a certain amount of hours or certain shifts to win gift cards , like visa, walmart, Duncan Donuts...
There were little to no benefits
Nothing good or bad with this package just reg health care dentist ect ect it was with a company I canbot remember
