    PTO increases the longer you are employees. A great benefit if you value time off. Standard benefit package compared to most companies. No bonuses.

    Benefits start on the first of the following month you start. So if you start of the 23rd of the month your benefits begin on the 1st of the next month. Your PTO accumulates at a really high rate. The highest of any job I've had or anyone else I know for that matter. And they're medical insurance is standard for most corporations.
