“Everything is great for a single person. However, if you need to add people it is very expensive. Also they do not pay for a week off if someone in your family dies. This could be very costly if you are single person or the bread winner in your family. ”

GREAT 401k match program (full match of 4% of gross pay, 50% match on next 2% - in other words, contribute 6% and employer will match 5%). Base-level healthcare (UHC), dental (Mutual of Omaha), disability, and life insurance plans are fully employer-paid unless you would like to upgrade or add dependents. Very lost cost vision through Avesis (only a few dollars per paycheck). The best part however is the intangible benefits, including incredible coworkers, an innovative environment, career growth opportunities, and serving high-needs students and communities with a top-quality education.

All things marked "unsure" are things that I've heard people talk about or know that we've discussed implementing programs to offer, but I don't know the specific details about. Our benefits are pretty good, and they're always striving to improve! I know previously, they used to match up to 2% of the first 2.5% you put into a 457(b), but now AMS matches up to 4% of 5% you put into a 401k, plus we have the option of making it a Roth or Traditional and whether we want to take an individualized approach, use portfolios, or Target Day Funds. Health, Dental, and Life insurance is 100% covered as well, which is really nice! All in all, I know AMS is really willing to work with different employees' situations to make all parties happy. This year, the entire network got a full week paid for Christmas! Previously, administrative staff worked through most of the holiday, but this year, we all get the week off.
Is good to receive bonus according to our performance and students' growth. we also receive mentoring and tutoring bonus.
