“I like it because it is Fidelity, but 3% match for a huge corporation like this just seems really ridiculously low”
“It's pretty average. The vision and dental are subpar. But that's like most companies.”
Benefits package is very competitive and comprehensive.
Great Company to work for the benefits were good.
They have a match for 401k, but it is only 3%. Better than nothing. Insurance is United Healthcare which is fine. Not great, not the worst. PTO got me though. I thought that it was a set number of days a YEAR but it turns out that it is actually accumulated by some odd random small decimal that ONLY accumulates on straight time and if you worked 40 hours a week EVERY WEEK OF THE YEAR that would give you the full amount. Why make it so complicated? Also, they make it sound like they give you MORE PTO after the first 2 years but that isn't it at all, they are actually just allowing you to KEEP more of the time that you are accruing. That's right, if you get to the max amount of vacation days you are allowed, they just stop giving you that time! Even though they act like everything is going to fall apart should you want to take a vacation, if you don't take the vacation, they just stop letting you accrue the time. I am not impressed. It would take MINIMAL effort to make the benefits amazing, but their bottom line is not about the support people, that is very clear.
Standard health care, a bit expensive on the premiums side. Nice perk is 30 hours of volunteer time off to do good in your community.
Great culture, Not so great benefits. High priority on Work life balance and mental health.
All of the benefits with academy are great
Health insurance could be better, high monthly cost and hard to find a good Dr. that accepts it.
The worst is the Health insurance, it is to high for a family and it doesn’t cover anything, you still get a bill.
Standard benefits package. Pro: decent PTO and paid holidays. Con: 401k takes a long time to fully vest.
They have a Full benefits package
