Normal or a little above average for companies
Both vacation and sick time are considered "paid time off" - not separate things. You can roll over a week or two (depending on state). Time off caps out at 5 weeks after 6 years of service.
Vacation is average when compared to other companies. The standard two weeks.
Great vacation days and paid time off.
Pto, floating and a personal day. Flexible hours if need to make up hours. More holidays than most
I feel that if a new hire has a certain amount of experience-time built into a career already, they should not have to start over on the PTO chart with a new employer. They should be able to negotiate the vacation/PTO time with their contract for employment. This business is stressful and the people that have been in it for 20 plus years obviously know they put in a lot of time into their jobs so the time off is really a necessity to refresh brain power and take off some of that stress.
You have to be with the company for 5 years to earn additional PTO, it would be better if it would increase at 3 years.
As good as any I suppose.
They are very flexible with being able to schedule time off for vacations.
PTO that encompasses both vacation and sick time. Graduated scale so you earn more the longer you're with the company.
