401k and vacation were one of the very best benefits during my time here. The health insurance was excellent as well

Good health insurance options - health, dental, and life cost me about $70/paycheck as a single male. 401(k) match of 100% up to 6% of your salary.

The company had many perks. The store I worked for did a fantastic job by educating and displaying our perks throughout the breakroom. We were always informed on new updates.

Standard benefits. One manning thing is the 401k is fully vested from day 1

PTO time now instead of sick and vacation time. Good for new comers, bad for existing employees with lots of sick time saved up. New maternity leave policy is 8 weeks paid 100% which is pretty good. health insurance is decent and 401k match is nice

Benefits are only for full time team members, but the company has recently discouraged hiring full time employees because then they would be required to give benefits and paid time off. Instead, they hire you as a part time associate, but ask if you want more hours. So they will usually give you 30-35 hours per week if you want more hours, but no benefits of paid time off
