PTO is like 18 days a year. vacation is 40 hours per year from the time you are hired full time. i was hired at end of summer and had a week vacation available on my 1st day.

Current Head Cashier in San Marcos, Texas

After a full year, I accrued 52 hours of paid time off, and only 4 hours can transfer to the next period. If you don't use your paid time, it will disappear, and you can't cash it out unless you resign. So make sure to use your PTO

For part time vacation time was not really a thing. If you worked there for a long time you would receive paid time. It took me quite a while to actually get enough time that would add up to a full day.
