It's all standard. Not many perks. Employees can earn vacation as they work.
Benefits were half decent for a part time sales employee in a retail environment... they had 401k matching up to 3% with no vestment schedule... so that was free money in your pocket... they claim to offer tuition reimbursement... but I never received the benefit nor have I heard anyone ever receiving.
health insurance and life insurance
Life insurance and Short term disability really stood out for me. Health insurance changed yearly from different providers Was alot less expensive than Cobra for a family.
The best thing about the benefits package is the Employee discount.
I was not able to get the benefits package because I was a seasonal employee.
The store discount which is 20 % is good. Since I am part time, I do not qualify for benefits. It is not easy to be promoted to full time.
Afforadable benefits with great coverage.
Not a lot of perks just basic work for your money also you have to wait for your 401k to start which kinda sucks. Also they make ur hours flexible but will send you home early or something to cut hours
Overall strong benefit package
