I do not receive benefits as I work as needed or PRN. I do not receive benefits as I work as needed or PRN.
Expensive benefits are expensive. The "education" reimbursement is only $700 and it's got a million hoops to jump if you want to use it.
Low cost health benefits
The benefits seem fair, however I have not been here long enough to take advantage of them or leave a comprehensive review.
Some positions offer bonus opportunities, PTO/Sick time, training days possible, some education reimbursement possible
The turnover rate is ridiculous. The hire anyone with little to NO experience being a Clinical Director and most of the employees at Madison West are RACIST including the new director Amber Falls
Very crappy health insurance. It's pretty funny since it's a healthcare company! But the vacation and personal time is pretty good
No 401(k) match, Bonus is discretionary.
There are very few paid holidays. When you leave you are only paid for up to 160 hours of your vacation time. Anything you have accumulated over that is lost.
The worse is no company match for 401K and healthcare premiums are high for what you receive. The best is two healthcare plans to choose from and company paid LTD and STD.
