AP's biggest strength is their culture. They know how to keep their employees happy with an excellent benefits package. In return, their employees provide hard, smart, work. Often times employees probably take less vacation than they usually would because of this.
Really expensive health insurance plan if you have a family.
The plans are extremely affordable and there are many different options. Also, the unlimited PTO and flexible hours make work/life balance achievable.
Great health insurance, 401k, employee referral bonuses, tech reimbursement, work from home, travel reimbursement, skill coaching
Unlimited paid time off, great medical benefits and good maternity leave. They are going to be removing the company bonus in lieu of expanded benefits to help everyone on a day-to-day basis, like workplace upgrades (standing desks) and gym reimbursements.
Love the 401K contribution and how much is contributed to my heath insurance. Family health insurance is considerably more due to AP's contribution cap.
I contribute more to my health insurance at AP than I have anywhere else I've worked, but only because I chose the most comprehensive plan. There were MANY options that would be much less expensive, they just don't work for me. Open PTO is amazing - another piece of proof that AP trusts their employees - plus stipends for phone/technology/communal workspace are really helpful. I am beyond pleased.
We have unlimited PTO, great 401k matching and much more. There used to be a long waiting period to join the 401k plan, but no longer. We are a part of a big benefits network called TriNet which pools together a lot of companies so that we can get benefits similar to Fortune 500 companies (including some great discounts)!
Great benefits. Only downside is you have to wait 9 months before getting a 401K and company contribution.
Technology reimbursement as well as a half-day birthday
