The cost of health care insurance is very high especially for a company this size. They should be able to negotiate better rates.

Typical high deductible plan. Great if you only need it for emergencies

  • Feb 02, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Behavioral Health Case Manager in San Antonio, Texas

High deductibles, no copay. Everthing is out of pocket including prescriptions until deductible is met

  • Mar 31, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Houston, Texas

Worst thing is the deductibles are still going to be astronomically high once you have a visit. It's almost not worth it.
