Low deductible on insurance
Health insurance is very expensive compared to other companies I've worked for which is odd for a company in the medical industry.
Company is self insured so the cost of their benefits package is expensive. Employee seems to be get the best benefit cost if insuring self otherwise if you add any dependents, the cost doubles or triples! Deducible for employee is $1500, low end and dependents can vary from $4500-almost $7000 for you're adding one or a family. 401k offered that you are auto enrolled as an employee but NO match offered and PTO accrual is about 4.6 approx per pay period. Vision is with Davis Vision isn't as great as MetLife prior- from my experience, a lot vendors stopped participating with them so I gave up opting to go to Costco.

3+ weeks PTO to start
Worst thing is that they do not offer 401k employer match. This is unacceptable for a company this size. The only reason for this is greed.
Benefits are horrible! You basically paying for a policy you cant use because the high deductible ($1500-$2000 for single!) and will never meet in a year. No 401K match either! The company try to sell the other outside perks with gym and other incentives which is standard to mask the bad internal perks they offer.
Worst thing: They do not contribute to 401 K. Best thing: plenty of PTO and three sick days a year
No contribution to retirement, 401k is available for employees to contribute. Vacation accumulation is good. Medical is fair.
