The benefits are good and I'm not sure some of them
It's good to have especially once you understand how it works.
The health benefits are way too expensive
Very weak benefits package. 401k not available, profit sharing not available
Medical expensive. 401k ok but the take money before you decide to put anything in.
Health and dental insurance are not affordable. No retirement matching.
High cost of health insurance for family or spouse
They have the blue cross plan with the highest deductible and the lowest coverage
Best thing is 401(k) and time off....unfortunately insurance coverage is a bit leary
