I have not used this benefit but hear it is good
12 weeks for the primary care provider. 2 weeks for the secondary care provider.
4 months total which is a long time
I qualify for four months maternity leave.
Maternity Leave was 16 weeks for new mothers which was amazing!
Pretty good maternity and paternity leave time. I've never had to use it so I cannot comment on first hand experience.
Better than the industry standard.
2017: 100% paid: 16 weeks of maternity leave for mothers and 2 weeks for fathers.
3 months Maternity leave, I am not sure about paternity leave policy.
Have heard good things about this—16 weeks paid mat leave, and then you can bundle with PTO (which is very good, in my opinion)
