Accenture’s Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and additional benefits like legal assistance and AD&D Insurance are truly best in class and very inexpensive. Their PTO and paid holidays are also exceptionally generous. The 401K is a pretty standard 50% match.

Some packages have been expanding while others have contracted. We lost our pension, and newer joiners will not get the same 401(k) match I have, but it's still pretty good. The healthcare options really went up this year (2018), including vision coverage which was 20% employee part to now we pay 100% of the cost of this coverage. Unfortunately, the small 1% raise this year did not cover the increase in healthcare coverage so I'm making less in 2018 than I did 2017.
