Employee Share Purchase Program - 15% discounted stock purchase and strong performing stock. 28 days of Paid Time Off + 6 US holidays. Set path to promotion and higher salary and open and honest leadership to help you get there.
Overall pretty solid benefit programs in the industry
26 days of vacation, good medical, training used to be plentiful but has been cut back
If you qualify, you receive up to four months of maternity leave.
There are a ton of options to opt into as far as benefits go. I also received a $10,000 signing bonus and $2,500 towards relocation upon signing on.
Best thing- overtime eligible when you first roll on a project. Worst thing- you are offered a match for your retirement package until the second year.
All below mentioned are good like 401 k, some discounts, Paid time off. However medical is still costly in spite of paying a heavy amount every pay period, we still have a huge deductible and copay. Not much for family, like scholarships or merit or financial help for kids education...etc. Salary for my experience and contribution is not upto the mark, but since currently I have good leadership, they are trying to help me with that.
Accenture benefits are some of the best I have encountered. The health insurance is amazing and offers a wide range of options to fit your needs. 401K is exceptional and allows you to invest how you feel best aligns to your savings strategy.
Great health insurance coverage and options. Well matched 401K plan, a decent amount of PTO days, and a beneficial employee stock discount.
