Weeks of vacation instead of days. Many employees can have a full two weeks at a time!

Pretty easy going about taking time off, as long as approved ahead of time.

  • Nov 25, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Software Development Specialist in Thousand Oaks, California

Paid vacation & extended unpaid leaves if needed.

You can roll over a ton of vacation days, and at every level, you have the ability to take however many days you have accrued (as long as you are on a project that will allow that much time away)

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Hartford, Connecticut

Good number of leaves when compared to peers.

  • Nov 09, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Los Angeles, California

Three weeks PTO at my level with option to incrementally break down by the hour.

Even though you have many hours per year for PTO you could spend several of those by getting sick since there are no sick leave days.

  • Oct 06, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Partner in Boston, Massachusetts

Great system with a lot of flexibility

  • Sep 07, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Digital Manager in Denver, Colorado

Tricky to use-- sometimes client's dictation and override your vacation plans.

  • Aug 05, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Client Financial Management Analyst in Washington, District of Columbia

14 days PTO and no sick leave
