The medical plan is expensive
Health, dental and vision insurance does not cover enough. 401k is good and matches well. Company stock is ok. Company needs a pension. Time off is good.
Health insurance is not worth the high cost. Benefits are good otherwise.

The health insurance is really expensive and not a good insurance. High deductibles and not much covered. I guess they do offer 401k so that is good.
The medical is expensive and does not cover much. There are not any other benefits. No pay raises or bonuses. The pros is the vacation time is comparable to other companies.

Employee cost is over 80% for crappy plans that have ridiculously high deductibles and 70/30 coverage. PTO is on a use it or lose it basis, with no carry over, and with months long black out dates and black outs proceeding and succeeding every major holiday, you have little opportunity to use said PTO.
You receive paid time every pay period versus once a month.
