Only 2 days off in first year. These are also sick days. Have not had extra day off in 9 months.
You get 2 weeks paid vacation per year and paid time off is 2 sick days and paid holidays which you work. You work thanksgiving day but they give you another day off at a later time when they have coverage for your store.
You have no excused absences or time off for a year. If you ever fall ill within your first year, (even after supervisor visits you in the hospital and you have additional documentation) it will be considered an unexcused absence.You will probably even be harassed for the length of recovery time you need and threatened about job loss.
It's good to have time off and you'll need it when working for Acceptance Now
You are expected to work 50hr every week but when it comes time for your paid vacation you only get paid for a 40hr work week.
