Does not match until after 1st year. Not worth signing up for.

Matching benefits to a certain amount. A must have especially if you may be job hunting again after you've been there for a while.
its 401k, they match it to an extent and it goes up after certain periods of time
It only matches .50 on the dollar up to 4%
Best thing: If you are employed 3 years or more, they will match what you put in. If you are less than 3 years, they will only provide 25% Worst Thing: There is no worst!
Most commonly, companies have a capped by 100% match investment plan with their 401K plans. Acceptance Now, only offers a minimal percentage match. But it's better than not having one.
Didn't chose to get that
They a do a great job with compensating their employees and giving employees the tools to set up their retirement.
