“Health Insurance is expensive for families”
I didn't enroll in 401k, but the health insurance plan is about the same as most insurance companies. High deductible and not worth going to the doctor. They had a referral program where you would get a 3,000 bonus if the person you referred got hired and stayed for 3 months
401k match is the best the benefits package at Access
Good perks and decent benefits package. Matching 401K after 1 year.
More PTO starting out than most jobs, decent healthcare
Good PTO, Covers up to $300 in frames for your glasses, new dental ins.
They have failed us completely with the health insurance here. They take high reductions form our pay to cover it and then I wind up footing the majority of the bill myself anyways. I had one recent bill for $600 from a provider that was in network. I had a $200.00 balance on urgent care. I had a $300.00 balance for labs. They do have a 401k but it only matches at 2%
Expensive health care for families, but 401k matched up to 4%.
The benefits package is regular and there are no daycare discounts.
Great pay, location is too busy.
401K with matching is available. The company pays for access to telemedicine and a teledoctor.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
