They don’t force benefits on you. They offer benefits once a year and you either opt in or opt out. Good choices are available.
The benefits are wonderful and reasonably priced.
No sick days, if you miss one day you get no stipend for that day

Working contract you have to prepare for coverage ending at the end of the assignment but that just requires awareness and advance preparation. If you change assignments without taking time off, there is no lapse in coverage.

I think the benefits are pretty good, as well as any other job in this field.
PTO accrual was high commission was 2 months post traveler start date no cell discount no credit for hours worked at home
Health insurance is very high
Good health insurance as far as I recall...this was when it was just HGI Healthcare; Don't remember about a 401k.
