Exit plan bonus?! Is it a thing?! I want it to be. Is it career suicide to ask for a large bonus to NOT quit and stay on board long enough to train the next manager? I am In a very challenging role with many licenses so this could take 90+ days. I care about the operation, so I do not want it to fail when I leave. But, I also value my mental health 🤣 comment if you have any insight or experience!

wondering if anyone has any information on the length of time the hiring process is at Baycare Health in Clearwater, FL . I heard it is quite a long wait in between the interviews and them getting back in touch with you for the next steps in the process. I interviewed with them 3 weeks ago and my status on their portal says under consideration as my status. Just wondered how long in between is the wait???? I heard they are very slow.
Hi everyone, does anyone here work for Montefiore in NYC? My brother completed all of his interviews with them, now they are asking for a drug test. He currently smokes weed but doesn’t do anything else, he wants to know if they test for marijuana due to NYC/NYS laws. This is not for a clinical position, it’s for an admin position. We’re getting multiple answers so I figured I could ask here. Thank you!
