The dental insurance was really good and paid practically nothing for it
There are benefits, which I guess is something, even if they are horrible. The health insurance still leaves you in threat of bankruptcy if a major event occurs despite the premium costing you a small fortune. Better buying your own. Vision is pretty typical but dental is a joke. Together those will run you about $12 a paycheck. Short term disability Is too expensive to get considering how much you make, and long term you supposedly have to "sign up" for even though Its considered complementary with employment and mandatory in some states they operate in. 401k seems to come and go. Sometimes it's avaliable to all, sometimes only after 5 years employment, sometimes not at all or with no matching. It's a big mystery.
The fact that they offer benefits is nice? The premiums are too expensive. and
