You can only take one vacation week at a time. If you are sick for 3 days or more you must show documentation by doctor. Vacations must be approved and can be denied at last minute if store is suddenly short staffed.

You get a lot of days. Depending on who you mr district manager is you might have to provide proof. Depending on who your manager is they may tell you when you can take it.

They do offer paid time off, but good luck getting it. They have such a high turnover that you have to submit your request a month in advance (up to six months in advance for holidays) and here's hoping your DM remembered. And if you do not use it by your anniversary date, you loose it. Period. If you request a four day weekend then they will work you 12 hour shifts on the days you are not off. I have lost time every year I worked for them. Not to mention when you are on vacation, you are constantly pestered by coworkers wanting you to work for them because they are sick or had a family emergency and are responsible for covering their own shifts.

having paid and not working is always a benefit. who wouldnt enjoy the perk of that benefit. it isnt much bt 24 hours which is equal to two days
