3% match against your 6% investment. It's pretty much similar to most companies, its is good and allows for incremental before tax investment
No retirement plan offered.

If you can put money into the retirement plan it would be considered a great plan.
401(k) is very good and worth it.
To my knowledge Acosta offers a standard 401K plan.
