Worst thing was having to do double work load in order to cover time off, instead of having someone else cover it while you were gone.
part timers do have access to vacation
At start you get 2 weeks vacation time off, you also get 5 personal days and 5 sick days. This will increase overtime to a max 4 weeks vacation. You can roll over sick days to a max of 3 weeks.
Time off was always approved and schedule was worked around.
Acosta offers accrued paid vacation based on hours worked
Excellent vacation and paid time off. 10 days of vacation, 5 days of personal leave, and 5 days of sick. The sick days can roll over into the following year up to 10 days total.
This is ok. But does not compete with other companies.

The job is already extremely flexible, depending on your manager and they style
Pretty generous with 3 weeks of vacation @ 5 years + 5 personal days + sick days. Worse- Vacation time is use it or lose it.
