best benefits are: unlimited/flexible time off (though that is basic now) a flexible work model (though it feels constantly at risk because the CEO wants people in the office) worst benefits are: a 1% discretionary 401k match, which funds into the new year after a financial review (if the company decides they can afford it) and has a two-year vesting period a wellness reimbursement that is only $30 a month, so inadequate to cover much of anything
Very good health , dental benefits. Includes mental health benefits as well. 401K matching plan. Company is very supportive in general.
Ability to work from home
The good: Unlimited PTO; stock options; paid maternity and paternity leave; health insurance; gym reimbursement; partial parking/transportation reimbursement; and sometimes free food if you're in the office, but not for remote meetings. The bad: 1% 401k match is a slap in the face; no bonuses; sometimes no cost of living adjustments; they actually track your PTO even though it's "unlimited;" no home office stipends for remote jobs; no FSA/HSA contributions; no education stipend or career-advancing tuition assistance; and it's difficult to get necessary equipment that would make a job easier.
Unlimited vacation. Working remotely. My direct collogues.
The benefits were great! For a family of 3, they covered quite a bit and Act-On did a great job of covering a large majority of our benefits.
