Pretty standard benefits. No bonus. Stock options seem nice, but I don't know anyone that has ever seen any value.
No 401k matching. They change the bonus structure too often. Have changed it every year since I started. No diversity programs.
Benefits are pretty good- but change. Fairly inexpensive too.
Good health care, dental, and vision coverage.
The company used to have good benefits and a retirement package but that was removed and retirement is not 100% on the employees to get. No Company match. The health and dental benefits were good though.
Comprehensive and fair. I fell well treated by Act-On.
Good medical insurance options (Blue Cross). They also pay for MAX pass (the(Portland area light rail pass), or alternatively they pay reserved parking fees up to $100 per month). They used to have catered lunch, but stopped that practice and now only stock the fridge (poorly) with snacks and soda.
I have worked for companies that have way better health benefits. I don't know that it is an issue with the company itself or not. There is also no 401k matching, which is a shame. A competitive company should absolutely offer this.
Benefits are great at Act-On Software. The only bad thing is no 401K matching but I am sure that is coming.
Solid balance of options for a company of it's size, including 401k options and very good health insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
