Unpaid leave, and only for mothers,
I didn't use it but have friends who were satisfied with the benefit.
Active offers not Maternity or Paternity plan. They only support FMLA. In todays day, this is very unattractive as a prospective employee and really sucks as a current employee.
My opinion on this is based on personal perspective, and I watched people bend over backwards to accommodate very immature mentalities.
