We strive to deliver innovative solutions tailor-made for individual preferences so that each employee can select the program that delivers the highest value for themselves and their families. We encourage employees to be accountable for their health and offer a variety of incentives and engaging programs that promote wellness. For example, our popular Healthy Incentive Program provides employees and their covered dependents an opportunity to earn cash by participating in healthy activities like walking, eating right, and tracking their sleep via the device of their choosing and a custom mobile app that displays their Healthy Incentive earnings. Good 401k match, in game perks, solid healthcare coverage options
Decent benefits package. Not the best in the industry but not the worst
Its great to the employees
Working at the creation of the cod games
Plenty of options to choose from for insurance.
Four weeks vacation, 10 weeks paid parental leave
Health care benefits were outstanding, generous vacation accrual, numerous paid holidays including MLK days off, and fair bonus plans for office staff.
Works well, expensive but worth it if you have health issues.
A pretty high stress and fast paced environment with little communication between studios. Functional overall but if you don't know what you're working with it will get confusing fast.
No benefits for temp employees but the department pays for some time off for us so we're not too bitter.
