The benefits are significantly scaled down for contract employees. Overall, they are still fair and much better than not having any. For contract employees, there is only one package to choose from.

The 401K plan only matches 20% of one's contribution and the PTO accrual is a bit low at 2 weeks for the first 4 years. It increases to 3 weeks for the next 2 years, with a max accrual of 4 weeks after 6 years of service. A lack of an ESPP (which they used to have), is also a negative.
