401k match is great. Several medical coverage packages to choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided during crunch with several restaurants to choose from.
Great benefits package. Great company.
Great salaries, with expensive medical benefits (not great for an employee with a family). 401k matched at 25% up to $3. Also not great.
The benefits were extremely nice and comprehensive.
Benefits seem at par with other entertainment/tech companies. There is a big push for fitness, with Fitbit or other activity tracker based incentives which deposit money into a company provided HSA account for medical expenses. Using this for co-pays makes minor medical expenses essentially free.
No part time off, not worth it to get insurance with them. Was awesome when we got free lunches.
There are no benefits for QA Testers on a contract, and hardly any ever become full time, "employed" testers. Don't get your hopes up. You usually have to be there for far longer than you want to to gain benefits, it's a better idea to move on from this position after 6 months - 12 months.
Company perks such as free sodas, coffee, tea and snacks. Free company t-shirts and swag.
Overall, a very rich benefits package with a wide array of choices to suit every type of employee. Great leadership in the benefits team with a lot of innovative programs like a Healthy Incentive program with company-supplied FitBits and incentives tied to the HSA account.
Freebies such as food, games, and discounts. Company gatherings. Worst thing is no insurance or other health benefits. Good hours.
