Fantastic package for a temporary worker. Won't be an intern for long, but the benefits and team make me want to make this a career.
The benefits package they offer is generous, lots of little cool healthcare ad-ons such as doctor house calls, remote/mobile mental healthcare options, cancer-specific aid if you or a family member (god forbid) becomes ill, etc. The healthcare options themselves are okay. I would say they are above average for employers in general but for a tech job/with other competitive south bay area start-ups, you COULD do better. They have an option which they pay out of pocket entirely with a relatively high premium for someone (like myself) who has some complicated health issues. They also offer a nice PPO package that has some out of pocket costs with lower premiums. They have several snack/drink stocked kitchens throughout the campus with frequent lunch & learns and employee appreciation-based food events. Vacation for a bay-area tech company leaves something to be desired. This is the first position I've taken in several years that didn't allow for unlimited PTO, but as I'm a person who doesn't use vacation frequently it's alright. Every employee is given 10 days to start. Some depts have flexible work-from-home options and flex hours for arriving in/leaving the office, which helps lessen the burden of needing to take PTO for anything other than actual vacation, anyway. The office/campus itself is shockingly cramped and a bit dated for what you'd expect of the largest game publisher in the Western hemisphere, especially compared to their cousin (Blizzard) in Irvine.
Our benefits are very employee focused.
Good 401k, snacks and company bar b q’s
Competitive plan options with fantastic coverage. Best I've seen.
Excellent coverage and co-pay prices. Nothing particularly negative to say
It has the best perks as compared to other companies that I have heard so far
Variety of plans to choose from, with excellent coverage and reasonable rates. I've been told by provider offices that my coverage is the best they've seen. It's hard to beat.
401k and amazing healthcare plan
If you don't park in the parking lot, you can get a refund of $110 a month. More than enough to offset the cost of mass-transit and bikeshare.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
