Best: Includes an 8-week parental leave for both women AND men. Worst: You can earn lots of vacation but never have time to actually take time off. You can't cash out maxed out vacation time.

Great benefits for a video game company
Good, affordable health insurance. Lots of different benefits, most of which aren't hugely important to me, but might be for some other folks.
You will be given Sick Leave, but you will be punished for using it. You will be told there is room for advancement, when there rarely is. You will be told money is too tight for raises, then hear the CEO received a 40 Million Dollar bonus.
