  • Health Insurance(5 comments)

Several options including HMO (free) and PPO (reasonable rates).

  • 401K Plan(5 comments)

Great 401k matching. Better than other companies

  • Employee Discount(3 comments)

3 free games upon hiring, 2 free games of your choice per year + 50-60% off merchandise. If you're a gamer and like to collect memorabilia, it's great.

Career Advice for Students

I have an internship offer from Unity for SWE and game design from Activision, not sure which one I should take. I’m not a huge COD gamer but I got into games because of my background in 3D animation and coding in Unity. Not sure which is better for my career in the long term, either way I will always make films on the side and as long as my job is intellectually challenging and pays well I don’t have much complaints! I might want to work as a PM / have a managerial role in the future tho!

Best: Includes an 8-week parental leave for both women AND men. Worst: You can earn lots of vacation but never have time to actually take time off. You can't cash out maxed out vacation time.

The best thing was the time off.

Good, affordable health insurance. Lots of different benefits, most of which aren't hugely important to me, but might be for some other folks.

You will be given Sick Leave, but you will be punished for using it. You will be told there is room for advancement, when there rarely is. You will be told money is too tight for raises, then hear the CEO received a 40 Million Dollar bonus.
