Decent matching on 401k, health plan OK
comparative to industry and bay area
Reasonable health benefits and overall coverage .
Worst: Low ball you on Salary Best: None
Great benefits package all around; Medical, Dental, Vision covered the whole family at reasonable rates with lots of options (HMO, PPO, etc). Employer matching 401k contributions were at or above standard (in my experience), and the vesting schedule is relatively short. Accrual of vacation days from year to year allowed plenty of flexibility, and employer provided gym membership reimbursements and other "nice to have" health-related perks.
The pay was decent for interns we didn't fall into any benefits category though as our time there was limited.
Not offered to temporary employees.
Actuate provides their employees with a great benefit package
401(k) employer match is just 50% of first 3% of contributions. Vacation starts at 2 weeks per year, 3 weeks at beginning of year 4, then 4 weeks at beginning of year 7. It's all pretty standard and average compared with other companies.
I like the tuition reimbursement allocation.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
