I'm just an intern but I was offered health insurance and they are flexible about scheduling.
Work from home on Friday.
Health care premiums seem high, but i think they are kinda high all over. Dental and Eye plans are kind of a joke. You are basically just prepaying for your treatments with them. 401k and roth 401k options provided through MerrilLynch have some decent vanguard low cost funds to choose from. The merril lynch website you manage funds through kinda sucks, it has improved a little over time... but not much.
Health Insurance kicks in after 1.8k and 20% up to 3.6k
Worst:High deductible before prescriptions are covered. Best:Wellness point
The company offered a good health insurance package with dental and vision. 401K with matching. Paid legal. No maternity or paternity leave offered - employees need to use vacation days.
many benefits to help employees and training to help employees grow within the company. Yearly training to keep employees sharp on their skills
No bonus for 1.5 years if you join after June.
Was not offered a benefits package as I was a temporary employee. Heard they were not that great from the full time employees who worked there
Very typical if not subpar.
