easy. just let manager know & input vacation in payroll system yourself
Although California State law requires employers to allow unused PTO to "roll over" to the next fiscal year up to a certain cap, Acuity's policy is that you can't actually use more than your allotted time in a given fiscal year. So there is no way to actually use any time that has rolled over, and it just accrues up to the cap until you leave the company and it is paid out.
Generally OK. Generous policy but seemingly not taken advantage of by most.
You get 2 weeks vacation per year
2 weeks start, 3 weeks after 5yrs, 4 weeks after 10yrs - never any more. No chance to sell back or carry over.
Average about two to three weeks off
