  • Physical Wellbeing: Acuity is proud to cover 85% of the cost of health and dental premiums while offering the widest possible network of providers. As a bonus, employees receive annual HSA contributions to cover the bulk of their health costs. To top it all off, employees can stay healthy using our onsite fitness center, rock climbing wall, or outdoor walking trails. Acuity even reimburses the cost of local gym memberships or equipment for field employees.

    Outstanding benefits package overall, especially the 401k (automatic 8% + added annual bonus around 2-3%) and the health/dental. Acuity contributes a huge amount to HSAs every year, which covers the deductible. Company provides life and disability insurance at no cost, PTO is solid, decent flex time policy, and the random extra perks are unbelievable - gift baskets, fitness center, lots of events, tuition reimbursement. Work from home is a recent add for HQ employees. Only gripe would be the parental leave, which is probably about average.
