HSA is flexible and works for many empolyees
"Cafeteria Plan" comes nowhere close to covering health insurance
you need to use your salary yo buy insurance yourself.
Start with 3 weeks PTO, and after one year, 4 weeks PTO
there are no benefits at acumen but it alright i think so. there is nothing to learn and nothing to gain. just work and go home that all i got to say
They offer very fair 401K plan, but the insurance plan is provided by Blue Cross. This is not very helpful.
Work hours are flexible, though depending on the project and interaction with the California office, most people don't come in before 9 am. 5% of salary is invested into a 401k, no matching beyond that. Vested after 4 years of working (33&66% after 2&3 years). Tuition assistance available after 1 year with the company, but you need to stay with the company for one year after completion of the course, otherwise you have to return it. More PTO won't hurt, but overall it's pretty solid.
The best is 401(k). The worst is no overtime payment.
Fairly generous starting vacation time
There were very few benefits and perks given the long hours...no training offered.
