    They do not allow your spouse to be on the benefits package which is really hard for a lot of families and is something that a company as big as this company is should be offered.

    Medical spending a/c, vision & dental ins available at nominal fee. Because each center is run on a contract, there are frequent changes in benefits, including pension- you may switch companies and remain @ center or stay with company and need to move to switch centers.

    Benefits have been cut over the last year. Health care insurance and 401k prices have risen, no longer offering tuition reimbursement and no longer offering quarterly goal bonuses.

    When I was first employed the benefits as a whole was very good. Benefits like medical, dental, vision and pharmacy were included in the health insurance plan at a low deductible or cost. They also offered paid sick leave and vacation time and other benefits. The biggest drawback was after several months the medical insurance skyrocketed to a deductible of nearly $7,000. This brought grief to a lot of people.

    Recent insurance changes have made the benefits less than desirable. Vacation and sick time are a little under standard. If you work hourly, expect them to find any way to schedule you so you aren't paid overtime during the holidays.

    No vacations allowed for 6 full months after hire date. Catastrophic health care coverage ($$$$-$$$$$ digit deductibles!) and spousal coverage was eliminated 7/1/17. Lots of training opportunities.
