401k is great! Their benefits are wonderful!
401k is good. PTO is less than most firms.
No maternity leave offered for any employees other than attorneys.
Employees have high paycheck deduction, but benefits are horrible. You must pay for prescriptions up front and request reimbursements from the insurance company. Insurance rejects payment for blood test and most standard procedures. Most claims wind up in collections.
Medical benefits are VERY expensive! Offset is there is a low deductible. There is not a variety offered. One plan for all.
Premiums are outrageous for a family. Most preventative care not covered. Benefits are for an aging population, not young employees or employees with family. The attorneys can afford it, but staff and paralegals likely rely on spouse's insurance.
While I worked at Adams & Reese, benefits were cut and employee costs increased.
