Excellent package. 401K is self pay only, no employee match. Stock options given. Healthy overall health insurance package. Company paid car policy.
Great benefits package with two choices, high deductible (HSA) and PPO. Fully paid employee premiums for the high deductible plan and great company HSA contribution! Maternity and paternity leave plans are great too.
Great health insurance plan with dental and vision. Also fun benefits like a gym and free bootcamp workout class upstairs in the building. Awesome facilities for bike commuters. Option for a 401k but they don't match, rather offer stock options.
Adaptive has been working on making some of their benefits better for their employees, however they still fall short in some of the most basic benefits such as maternity & paternity leave as well as other things like 401k matching.

Great vacation package - unlimited discretionary time off for salaried employees. Lots of companies expect people to be running at 110% with lots of stress and overtime when things are tough, and then require them to sit in a chair for at least 40 hours when things are easy. At Adaptive you can take a few days to get back on your feet after crunch time and everyone's cool with it. Also, no one comes in without being offered stock options. Not only is it a chance to make some money eventually, I think it propagates a culture of ownership.
Adaptive covers a significant amount of the premiums and offers great plans. There's a commuter benefit if you don't use the company parking lot, which is a nice plus, and there are a lot of amenities like free snacks, great rooftop deck, free yoga classes and a new onsite gym is about to be finished. Downside: no 401k match.
