They do not contribute anything to your 401(k). However my experience has been that Wells Fargo has managed it really well.
Matching is horrible they will match $0.50 on each dollar you put in, up to 6% of your salary
Their 401k plan is pretty basic and comparable with what most companies provide their employees.
The company match is at the beginning of the year for the previous year so you miss out on dividends that you might have had that year. Rate is pretty standard 3%
