The benefits package is outstanding. Flexible hours, remote work opportunities, no dress code, numerous social events, dogs in the office, Getaway Grant, and well-stocked kitchen are some of the more exciting benefits from my point of view. The regular old health-related benefits are also good.
Innovative benefits overall including $1000 annual "Getaway Grant" to encourage employees to take time off. Technically there is unlimited vacation time, and employees are generally able to take a solid amount of leave, assuming they take care of business. The $1K is the cherry on top. Very flexible with remote work (it's a digital advertising firm, after all). Also, bonuses for referring new employees and when you become a new parent (or adopt a child). The big hole is 401(k) matching, which is consistently the top request by employees, but there seems to be no imminent plan to fulfill this request - even if people would sacrifice other benefits to get the match.
