    Great health insurance, 401K, and time off. "Sabbatical" of one month after 5 years of continued service. Time off is unlimited but there's unsaid pressure to keep it under x number of days.

    I love that paid time off is very flexible (there is as much as you need). Great 401K matching. Also very flexible equipment expenses. Wellness reimbursement, education coverage, etc.

    The vacation and paid shutdowns are very generous. The Seattle health benefits come with a high annual deductible, and could benefit from having more choice. All other benefits are great.
