Currently at Adobe and make 75k OTE 84k, just finished my interviews with Qualtrics and they are offering OTE 160-180k. I’m also interviewing at McKinsey which I would prefer to get but due to the timing of the interviews. Do I accept Qualtrics waiting to see what happens with McKinsey or decline it?
Consulting Exit Opportunities
Stupid question, but I’m curious about the bowls feedback: There are two positions at Adobe I’m extremely interested in, but they’re for University graduates and MBA students. Would Adobe, or any other company, consider a student who doesn’t fit that criteria? Or is that an automatic disqualification? I graduated 2020 if that matters
Adobe Package is to be seen with overall benefits. They have got a stellar health insurance package. Annual benefits to reimburse anything related to your health, mental wellness-related subscription or equipment. So many options to manage professional developments and even $10,000/year towards any professional certificate or degree you would like to pursue
Headspace, LifeDojo, Financial counseling, 401k match, wellness reimbursement, etc.
Adobe benefits are some of the best, can't compare to some of the largest tech company perks but all the essentials are very well covered. In addition, excellent wellness benefits which is cherry on top.
Everything needed and listed to gain employee attention
Flex pto, 401k, wellness reimbursement, wellness days
