Overall the benefits are about as good as you can get anywhere and especially in Utah. Best benefits are ESPP and Maternity/Paternity leave (1 month paid for non-primary care giver and 3 months paid for birth mother). Health Insurance is very good and 401k match is ok (50% match up to 6% of salary).

Good health insurance, average 401K matching. Sabbatical time every 5 years and no proscribed time off, you can just work with your manager to take what you need. Company is very supportive of work/life balance, you can usually flex your schedule on an as-needed basis if you work with your manager.
