Good intern package, including cool housing.
Competitive salary and stock compensation. I'm not really sold on the unlimted time off because you end up taking less time than if you had a prescribed 3 to 4 weeks
All the benefits are great except I think the healthcare package should be better.

ESPP is amazing. 15% return at least. Gym on site. I do wish the 401K match was more than 50% up to 6%. I've worked for smaller companies with a better match.

The intern package is pretty good, I would say probably in the best level in the Bay Area for interns. Lots of fun activities, can be exposed to the latest technologies.
Great benefits. ESPP was very nice in particular.
No free food. The drink and snacks never change.
The premiums are not too high and the coverage seems good. However, I have not had to use them, so not really sure about the actual process and costs.
