    Unlimited PTO but this is fuzzy with certain teams. My manager encourages at least 3 weeks (recommending 4), but some managers - especially support, from what I've been told - only allow two weeks because of the shutdowns/corporate breaks. We have two shutdowns/breaks in the U.S. - the week of Fourth of July and Christmas (for 2020, it's December 24th through January 1st).

    It depends on your manager. In the teams I have worked for, all managers would take and give a decent amount of time off. I have never had a manager at Adobe say no to any of my PTO requests.
