Adobe grants paid vacation and holiday pay.
Unlimited time off and sabbatical every 5 years, plus week long company holidays twice a year (4th July and Christmas)
Have two global shutdowns per year that employees really value and is taken seriously. Having all employees off at the same time is extremely valuable.
Great unlimited PTO and manager works with you so you can take it
Unlimited PTO but this is fuzzy with certain teams. My manager encourages at least 3 weeks (recommending 4), but some managers - especially support, from what I've been told - only allow two weeks because of the shutdowns/corporate breaks. We have two shutdowns/breaks in the U.S. - the week of Fourth of July and Christmas (for 2020, it's December 24th through January 1st).
4 months of maternity & paternity leave
unlimited pto unless hourly employee - but very lenient with days off
15 days leave in total for year
Unlimited PTO - so its all between you and your manager
It's ok, nothing specific just like other companies a mix of paid time off and sick days
It depends on your manager. In the teams I have worked for, all managers would take and give a decent amount of time off. I have never had a manager at Adobe say no to any of my PTO requests.
