    Vacation/PTO is nearly unlimited as long as work is done/handled/arranged. Very, very flexible.

    The unlimited PTO actually translates to if you are too busy to take time off they have no liability to pay you your vacation earned or to actually compensate you for time lost especially when you leave the company.
